I was wondering what you are teaching in reference to the new Nevada law concerning Nevada accepting Utah's permit?

At first I had a hard time getting answers to my questions as to where people can and cannot carry with their Utah CFP in Nevada. The only answers I'm getting is NO public offices and Not in Casinos. I also tell our students to contact what ever state they are going to and want to carry with the Utah CFP, contact THAT STATES Attorney Generals office and get it in writting. Just have it faxed, on letter head and keep it with you while you are in that State. It seems to work for us.

Nevada Carry

Postby fiddlin1 on Sat Feb 02, 2008 7:30 am

There is a lot of BS out there-
In Nevada you can carry into a Casino- unless it is Posted
no firearms or weapons- at all doors-
also- You Can carry into any public building that is not posted-
except airports and shools-
I am a Nevada Instructor-
and researched this extensively-
I repeat- THERE IS A LOT OF BS OUT THERE!!
It is amazing what people are spreading around and then it seems to become a "truth"-
