New Mexico CCW

NM Instructor Issues

New Mexico CCW

Postby SteveAikens on Sat Feb 09, 2008 8:46 am

Just a quick introduction. I'm Steve Aikens. I teach monthly NM CCW courses in Clovis, NM and private courses throughout the state.

I have a web site with any information anyone is interested in finding on NM at http://www.nm-ccw.com

I am the founder of http://www.handgunlaw.us Mr. Gary Slider is the research guru for us and co-owns the site with me.

I'm a Patron Life Member of the NRA and lobby firearms law here in NM, working directly with our NRA Lobbyist, Ms. Tara Reilly Mica.

Guess I should also mention I'm a RTBAV Instructor and NRA Training Counselor as well.

Welcome..Love the handgunlaw web site, I recommend all my students check it first when trying to get a question anwsered. We also have a link to it from the NCFIA website, which I hope you don't mind.

I'll bet the website keeps you busy.

I greatly appreciate you becoming a member.

The site does indeed keep us busy. You're more than welcome to post a link - I only ask that folks don't try to embed or hot-link to our pages. direct links to the site are not only ok, they're encouraged. We work hard to keep everything current - we want people to see and use the information.

I appreciate the invite. Hopefully, others will join and make this a useful venue to share information to improve what we do.

Have a great day and stay safe.
