Hello my name is Brandon Kirk. I am the lead instructor for Colorado Handgun Safety. We etach concealed handgun permit classes in Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Longmont and Fort Collins. We also teach the NRA Basic Pistol Course in Colorado Springs. We are certified to teach the Utah permit Course, but recent law changes in the Colorado Have lessened the demand for the Utah Permit. Welcome Kirk, Glad to see you made it onto the forum..

So Colorado requires the permit holder to be a resident of the issuing state & that has slowed the Utah permits..Interesting.
