good article..Sad about corporations that try to be politically correct instead of just providing a service.

My dad was an exec for Hilton until he retired, but I think this policy came into affect after his retirement. He's not a carry person anyway...

As for me I stay at Marriotts for the most part. Pisses him off to no end.
