National Concealed Firearms Instructors Association

We have some problems here in Nevada-
Las Vegas would like to have us register with the police when we bring a gun to town-
North Las Vegas has some crazy law about carrying in a car-
and- so does Boulder City-
I believe it is very clear- the State Of Nevada has total authority
on firearms possession transfer etc-
This clearly over rides the local preemption laws-
I am not a Lawyer- so must be careful what i say-
but- I have looked up the Nevada Revised Statutes-
anyone like to help me out here?

We do have members from Nevada, although I have not seen them in the forum yet. So have quite a bit of experience. I'll send them an email and have them come to the forum and see if they can anwser your question.

I live close to Las Vegas and carry there all the time.

Oh Yes-- I travel thru Las Vegas often-
and carry there also-
but-
sometimes i do wonder about these dumb preemption
laws- as illegal as they are-
