SIG P250

Postby JIM HUTCH on Sun Jan 06, 2008 1:34 pm

Has anyone test fired this pistol and gone through the barrel interchange steps?? Interested in seeing what you thought about it.

I have seen a base 9mm at a dealers but he did not have any other barrels or grips to try and switch out.

Thanks

Sig 250 info

Postby scott 40s&w on Sat Jul 12, 2008 6:10 pm

I picked up one today, a compact model in 9mm It has a consistant smooth trigger. Very simple to operate and strip down. I think it will give Glock some competition. The 250 only has 40 parts in it. The mag release can be changed from rt to lf side and it has a slide lock on both sides. I dry fired about 100 times this evening and will shoot it tomorrow. The barrels are simple to change as is the grip. Grips run about $49; to change calibers you have to buy a slide and barrel since the rim of the cases are different diameters. (40 and 357 sig are the same). The trigger pull is about 5-6lbs out of the box.
